Pedigree

 

Richbourg via his sire Bayard d’Elle is from one of the best female lines in France, the pedigree includes the top stallions Double Espoir, Grand Veneur and Uriel. On his dam’s side, Opaline des Pins, he is half brother to top showjmpers Jus d’Pomme and Shogun.

Richbourg’s offspring have exceptional jumping ability and are extremely careful yet enthusiastic. He has already sired and approved stallion Obourg one of the best young horses on the Belgian showjumping circuit.

Performance

Richbourg is currently showjumping internationally. Richbourg won the Belgian 4 and 5 year old championships and the French 6 and 7 year old championships. He was third in the World cup at Vigo in 2004 and won the GP in Portimao in 2004. In 2003 he won the Belgian Championship and the Masters at Mechelan.
