HG
Fantast M

Pedigree
HG Fantast M is a grandson of the famous Furioso II (sire of
Purioso, the WBFSH leading dressage stallion for 10 years) and a great grandson
of Furioso, who sired more than 30 international and 10 Olympic showjumpers,
including Olympic champion Lutteur B, and was grandsire to the prolific British
sportshorse stallion Dallas.

Performance
Record
Fantast was sold through the Verden auction ring as a foal,
and arrived in the UK in 2000. He qualified for the
Regional Championships that summer. In 2001 he won an Elementary and a Novice
class at the Hickstead Dressage Derby. In 2002 he qualified for the Winter
semi-finals and the Regional Finals, and won the first Open Medium class in
which he competed. In 2003 Fantast came 2nd at the Area Finals. At
the end of the 2003 summer season Fantast had 150 BD points. He qualified for
the National Winter Championships 2004 but unfortunately got injured crossing
the road and subsequently had to retire from dressage competition. He has proven
to be an excellent all-round leisure riding horse, and reached the National
Intro Finals during a season eventing with Vicky Collins whilst his owner was
undertaking some reproduction of her own!
