Pedigree

Tertius was an embryo transfer foal, and is the result of crossing the best of Warmblood dressage lines with the best of Morgan lines to produce movement, toughness and amazing trainability.

Sire: Millenium, Elite-graded Oldenburg British Team Dressage Horse (http://www.hobgoblins-stud.com/millenium.htm). GBR team member at WEG, European Championships, Nations Cup & in numerous international Grand Prix. Twice (2000 and 2004) shortlisted for Olympics; winner of Spanish Sunshine Tour International Grand Prix & 7 Premier League Grand Prix. Stallion Graded ELITE

Dam: Tribute Tricolore, advanced Endurance Morganhorse who completed the Golden Horseshoe successfully, Damsire: UK and USA Champion Park Horse Dorneywood Stars’n’Stripes (http://www.hobgoblins-stud.com/morgan_stallions.htm). Stars’n’Stripes’ Sire was World Champion Van Lu Starbuck and his dam was Park Harness Champion Bolbec Diva.

Competition

Tertius has all of the athletic ability of both sides of his pedigree, combined with a Morgan work ethic and person-orientated temperament. In his first and only dressage competition so far in 2011 he scored 68% and came third. He will compete in BD classes in 2012.
